The location was perfect and the staff were unbelievably friendly, making our stay even better. The eco-friendly wooden huts were incredibly spacious and gave us a jaw-dropping experience of sleeping in the trees. We highly recommend asking for the driver Pom to explore the incredible surroundings. The Family villa was mind-blowing with its huge downstairs bathroom and the beds were super comfy. The swimming pool was a nice touch and the overall surroundings were beautiful. While it's a little way out of town, having our own transportation was no problem as we had a rented car. We loved the peacefulness and being surrounded by nature. The huts by the river were fantastic with a very comfortable bed and a mosquito net. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a drink and had GREAT coffee in the morning. The communal fridge with a pay-at-the-end system was a super idea. We would definitely go back to stay again.

The huts were so cool and felt like our own secret hideout in the jungle. We spent our days exploring the nearby waterfalls and hiking trails, and then at night we had bonfires and stargazed. The owner even hooked us up with insider tips for some secret party spots in town. We had the time of our lives!

If I had to ask for one thing, it would be for more late-night activities at the huts. Don't get me wrong, we had a blast during the day, but it would have been awesome to have some fun things to do right at the huts at night.

During my recent business trip to Mae Hong Son, my director chose Sang Tong Huts as our accommodation. We arrived at Sang Tong Huts after sunset, and unfortunately, the lack of lighting made it difficult and unsafe to navigate the premises.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, we appreciated the unique concept of staying in huts, which added a touch of charm to our experience.

The water heater in our room was quite old and resulted in lukewarm showers. The bed was also a bit lumpy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Our stay at Sang Tong Huts was worth every penny. The room was top-notch, with luxurious amenities and a heavenly bed. The location was perfect, nestled in the serene forest yet only a short walk from the city. The staff treated us like family, making us feel right at home throughout our stay.

Breakfast delights could have been more affordable, with more options.

our second stay in mae hong son was even better than the first. sang tong huts truly exceeded our expectations this time. louise's hospitality and helpfulness made our cycling journey incredible, with breathtaking views and local food recommendations. we loved the spacious cottages, pool, and the feeling of being surrounded by nature.

Wifi in some rooms didn't work.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful oasis surrounded by nature. The huts were spacious and well-furnished, with private balconies overlooking the stunning scenery. The hotel facilities, including the pool and chill out area, added to the overall atmosphere. The location, slightly away from the city center, allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff, especially Louise, were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent suggestions for exploring the area. The breakfast, which we enjoyed on our private balcony, was delicious and great value for money. We would highly recommend this hotel for nature lovers seeking a tranquil retreat close to the river.

The cabins were nestled in lovely gardens surrounded by nature, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The spacious rooms were beautifully designed in Thai style, incorporating natural materials for an authentic feel.

The staff really outdid themselves with travel recommendations, including an epic trekking trip. The huts were like a dream, made from traditional materials and surrounded by a beautiful garden. I loved lounging by the pool with views of the enchanting forest. Free WiFi was a bonus.

Who needs air conditioning during the rainy season anyway? Mosquitoes are great company, right?

Sang Tong Huts is my go-to place in Mae Hong Son. No regrets! The staff helped me with early check-in. It suits me perfectly, Wi-Fi, free parking, outdoor dining area, restaurant. Coming back for Easter.
